As a new dad, Paul became very aware that many dads today are more involved in parenting but have limited resources from a man's point of view from which to better understand the challenges of their changing role. Thus, was born. "While nothing can imitate or replace the special mother/child bond, dads develop incredible relationships with their children, and it is vitally important that they have a place to discuss the parenting process from a male perspective. Data indicates that fathers today are more involved in family life versus a generation ago, due to factors including post-911 security fears, loss of life long career job security, and increased demands on working moms and dual career families. enables all dads-working, stay-at-home, single, gay, domestic partners, and more-to find ways to be involved and understand how dads are functioning as parents today.

Paul brings more than 25 years of marketing and business development experience from companies such as Unilever, Visa International,, and most recently Yahoo!. He is a member of the Marketing Executives Networking Group (MENG) and former President and founder of the Bay Area International Advertising Association.

Paul serves on the Advisory Board of Pregnancy Magazine where he is a monthly contributing editor.

Paul is a native of Minnesota and has B.A. from University of Minnesota, M.A. from Middlebury College, and M.B.A. from Thunderbird School. A published author of fictional short stories, he resides in San Francisco with his wife and two children.

Chris Anderson, Editor and Chief of Wired Magazine
Before Chris Anderson took over as editor of WIRED, he spent seven years at The Economist, where he worked as editor of both the technology and business sections. He's perhaps most famous for coining the term "the long tail," a whiteboard favorite that describes the business strategy of pursuing many little fish (versus a few big fish), as typified by both Amazon and Netflix. Anderson first introduced the term in an article written for WIRED in 2004; the book-length version, The Long Tail: Why the Future of Business Is Selling Less of More, became a bestseller. Anderson holds a degree in physics and has conducted research at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and has done stints at the leading journals Nature and Science.

Craig Bissinger, M.D.
Dr. Bissinger is a highly respected, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. During his twenty-year career, Dr. Bissinger has delivered over 5000 babies and guided thousands of couples through the nine-month adventure of pregnancy. He has a busy obstetrics and gynecology practice in northwest New Jersey. He is a teacher and lecturer, having taught medical students and residents from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Harlem Hospital, Roosevelt Hospital and the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey, on an ongoing basis as part of his lifelong commitment to training the next generation of doctors. Dr. Bissinger is a medical expert and frequent contributor to the Fisher-Price website, as well as the past editor and author of numerous articles for's pregnancy section. He has been a contributor to Dr. Bissinger completed medical school at Ohio State University and his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago where he was selected as the chief resident.

Armin Brott
Hailed by Time Magazine as "the superdad's superdad," Armin Brott has been building better fathers for more than a decade. As the author of six bestselling books on fatherhood, he's helped millions of men around the world become the fathers they want to be-and that their children need them to be. He has written for The New York Times Magazine, Newsweek, American Baby, Parenting, Child, Men's Health, The Washington Post, and dozens of other major publications and websites. Armin has been a guest on hundreds of radio and television shows, including Today, CBS Overnight, Fox News, and Politically Incorrect, and his work on fatherhood has been featured in such places as Glamour, Time, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, Newsday, and many others. Armin is the host of "Positive Parenting," a weekly radio program which airs in the San Francisco Bay Area and a number of other markets. He also does the "DaddyCast" podcast. As a trusted spokesperson, Armin speaks on fatherhood around the country and teaches classes for expectant and new dads. Armin lives with his wife and three children in Northern California.

Luanne Calvert, Creative Director, Google
Luanne has been blazing trails as the Creative Director as Google. She is also the founder of Mixed Marketing, a San Francisco-based agency specializing in buzz marketing and serving such clients as Yahoo!, Netflix, Fleishman-Hillard Public Relations, NVIDIA, Friendster, and BeneFit Cosmetic. Prior to her starting Mixed Marketing in 2002, she served as Director of Marketing for Yahoo! And as Vice President of Marketing for apparel company Joe Boxer.

Taek Kwon, Managing Director, TPG Growth
Taek Kwon is an operating partner at TPG Growth, the growth equity and middle market investment fund of TPG, a global private equity firm with over $40 billion of assets under management. Taek focuses on investments in the media, travel, and technology sectors in North America and Asia. Before joining TPG, Taek spent ten years in various executive roles at leading online media and technology companies. He served as a founding technology executive at CommerceBid (sold to Commerce One), founding VP of Engineering and Operations at Hotwire (sold to Interactive Corp.), Executive Vice President of Product and Technology at Citysearch (an Interactive Corp. company), and turnaround CEO at Friendster. Taek received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, where he was a member of the National Engineering Honor Society, a member of the lightweight football and wrestling teams, and runner-up in the World DJ Championships.

D. Preston Smith, M.D.
Dr. Smith is board certified and has authored or co-authored many articles, papers, chapters, and books in Urology and Pediatric Urology. His research has been presented throughout the world. Dr. Smith's dedication to helping children with urologic problems inspired him to establish PottyMD. Dr. D. Preston Smith attended Rice University in Houston, Texas where he graduated with honors in Economics.
He graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 1987. Following medical school he spent two years in General Surgery at the University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville. In 1993, he finished his Urology Residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. He concluded his training upon completion of a two-year fellowship in Pediatric Urology at the University of Tennessee at Memphis and LeBonheur Children's Hospital in 1995. Dr. Smith is a father of three young children.

L. Jasmine Kim
Jasmine has more than two decades of experience managing leading consumer brands, including packaged goods, luxury products, and internet media brands, worldwide. She has worked in technology in the Bay Area for the last 11 years and held executive roles at, the leading online parenting destination, and at Yahoo! where she led the marketing launch of Yahoo! in 15 countries. She has spoken extensively around the world about building brands online and serves on several boards. She is a graduate of Anderson School of Management at UCLA and Wellesley College, and is a doting parent of two fantastic children.
