Truth is stranger than any fiction you can imagine. I often pity poor dads who somehow leave their babies in the car, but am amazed at stories of complete absence of any kind – and I mean ANY kind – of morality or sense.
A man accused of murdering a 23-year-old woman had his young son help get rid of the victim’s body, according to investigators.
Lashanda Brand’s body was found dumped in a field in Eatonville in late June. Orange County investigators arrested and charged Alan Jett with her murder.
They now believe Jett had his fifth-grade son participate in the crime.
They say Jett took his son to pick up a prostitute and then killed the woman in his apartment while the boy sat in an adjoining room.
