No data exists on stroller theft but anecdotally, it seems to be on the rise given reports on Google.

The best simple and yet effective way of guarding and protecting the kids and the strollers from theft is to attentively guard them and by checking it from time to time. A personal way of protecting the kids is be more hands on to him.
