Is there a difference in ovulation pain, cyst pain and pregnancy pain? Thanks I know this is a? strange question. Pain is on the right side but also in the left, but definitely more noticeable on the right.

I would highly recommend seeing your doctor immediately. If it hurts really bad it could be something much worse than just pregnancy pains. When I was pregnant I had similar pains and they ended up being no big deal but if yours hurt really bad, call your doctor or try to get in there to see him and make sure that everything is alright.
