What will happen in 2012

It's a crock, but it will sell a lot of movies. The world is going to hell at a dangerously slow pace; just slow enough that we don't do anything to stop the real threats like over mining or air pollution or global warming that will do us in far faster than any species before us (who live an average of 100 million years).

But enjoy the movie anyway. It's perversely fun to imagine annihilation we can't stop and to watch it as if we were the gods overseeing the chaos.

there's a book called 01-01-00. I read it once and it was pretty good. Although it was not a 2012 prophecy it was with the turn of the millenium y2k. And of course it was based on a Mayan prophecy.

I don't remember the author at all, and it might have not sold many copies but it was definitely good.

Nothing is going to happen in 2012 if you ask me. I seen the movie and I really didn't like it but my father kept saying that's how its going to end. I shook my head and said whatever ... the only thing I can say is the world won't end for millions of years from now If you really look at things that happened over the years you would think that the earth was just created ( just my theory). And if it happens it happens geez there is no need in running


But that's just my opinion....

I saw the movie 2012 and I thought it was ridiculous and if I ever did think there was some end of the world coming...this movie would squash all my uncertainties and I no longer believe in any of it. The movie was so fake and over the top no one would ever believe that any of the stuff that happened would or could really happen. Wait til it comes out on DVD. I would not reccommend it.
