Don't understand what you're saying there, but a thread on single dad dating tips is a good idea! Party on!

Funny how walking through the mall, just me and my baby girl, was such a draw for the eyes of women. It was like catnip. However, now that I'm divorced and need that little extra something to help a 45 yr old attract what he wants, I don't want my kids to be anywhere near me when meeting women. Hmm.

On the flip side, when I'm out in public with my kids, we are having fun, laughing and relaxing. We're not a bad-looking crew, so it is a nice bit of honey to catch bees with. Goes against my nature to appear to be using the kiddos, but a happily-comfortable-with-his-life guy is more attractive than desperately-seeking-date dad.

My 2 cents.

I did the online thing. my girlfriend and i have been together for 4 years, and we met online. I found that though i did go on dates, i didn't have the time or the energy to play the game that is dating, but i was lonely and wanted companionship. Doing it online made it easy because i could really get to know a woman, and she me, before we spent the energy to go out. I even made a few really good friends on the site i used. My girlfriend and i spent 4 months trading emails back and forth and im'ing before deciding to meet up, and there were 2 other girls that i was also speaking to at the time, but when they or i decided they weren't interested, there was no feelings hurt, and none of the wasted time and energy. So as a single dad, Online was much easier, and it also progressed the relationship to a point by the time that we did meet that it was easier to introduce her to my kids and be serious about the relationship.
