The Vengeful Ex

I'm trying to make my ex and my relationship civil for the sake of my daughter. I don't care for her much, but I do care for my daughter and I feel like she needs to see mom and dad happy together.

Yet, if I go out in public with my daughter, sooner or later, I get a phone call stating that she knows where I've been and what time that I was there. Apparently, she's having her father follow me around when I have my daughter to keep tabs on me.

I've never done one thing that even remotely comes close to negligent parenting. My daughter is always safe, clean, happy and fed with me. I cannot afford an attorney right now and so I'm just stuck until I can.

How do I deal with this? I don't know why she hates me so much. It was a mutual split.
