I"m a Dad...with a Nanny

I love the daughter dearly, but I also enjoy my career very much and love knowing that I am enhancing both her life and my own by pursuing it (things are going very very well--I"m an HR representative for a financial firm in NYC). Unfortunately, as we all know too well, it is not possible to be in two places simultaneously (not yet at least), and with her mother being away I had to consider the babysitter option; but then I moved my plans up a notch by hiring a nanny. My salary, for now, is good and I figured, "Hey, why not?" I learned all about the process, found a great person, and have been quite happy ever since.

Any other single dads, or dads, make that move?

Are you 100% sure that the nanny you have found is really that good??

Some of the nannies are just good at first and when the parents are around, but once the parents were not around, that's the time they reveal their true colors
