Dyanne Houlihan, a mother to two toddler boys, created Cart-Stopper™ after a terrifying experience in her local grocery store parking lot. Grocery shopping alone, Dyanne loaded her youngest son into the grocery cart and was retrieving her second son from his car seat when she heard a man yell, “Hey lady, your baby!” She looked up to witness her youngest son rolling out into traffic and slamming into a vehicle awaiting a parking spot.
