Kathryn developed Bruz Wear to solve a problem she faced with her son who suffers from a severe bleeding disorder called hemophilia.When he was learning to crawl he had terrible bruises making him want to stop exploring. She wanted to find something cool for him to wear that would also provide him some comfort and support. While Bruz Wear pants are marketed and sold to all active kids, every sale allows Kathryn to educate and advocate for the bleeding disorder community.

These pants are great for my just turned 4 year old! He has birth injuries and is still working on crawling and knee walking. The pads keep his knees happy and he looks cool! Thanks for a great product!

These pants ROCK!!! We've used them for both boys, one with hemophilia and one just a "bruzer"!!!! They are functional, adorable fabrics and offer extra protection for the knees. They have definitely benefited my son with hemophilia for brusing. They are my 3 year old's favorite pants. I always get comments from people when they wear them!! Innovative and awesome!! We are full supporters and would encourage anyone to try them, hemophilia or not, but hey, what a great way to support the cause anyway!!!
