I think that boys and their fathers should watch UP together. The message to me is that sometimes a "father" won't always arrive in the form of biological genetics, and that sometimes a "father" is a man who sticks by you, listens to you, helps you when you are in need, and teaches you to do the homorable thing. To me, UP was about love, both conventional (with his wife) and unexpected (with Russel).
