Is it hard for my partner to lose weight after pregnancy?

According to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, if your partner gains too much weight during pregnancy it can be hard for her to lose weight after having the baby. During pregnancy, fat deposits can increase by more than 33 percent.

Most women who gain the recommended amount of weight end up losing the extra weight in the birth process and in the weeks and months after birth. Breastfeeding also can help her lose extra weight by burning extra calories. Breastfeeding is also known to burn at least 500 calories each day.

Breast feeding is a good way to lose weight after pregnancy. But i think light exercise with a healthy diet helps too.
I also use a great product that has helped me boost my confidence from fitandsharp.

I bought these Lytess body slimming leggings that have helped me lose 2 inches from my hips. They have some active ingredients that apparently has been proven to help you lose inches from your body in a short time frame. I recommend it and it has helped me when i've felt like I am slipping back.
