Everyone loves Mike (that’s Mike Adamick) because he’s a super nice guy, but also because he writes fun books that show how every day dads do fun things with projects for and with their kids.
His new cookbook Dad’s Book of Awesome Recipes is no exception. Filled with big colorful photos and a wide variety of recipe types, he neither talks down to dads or ignores a fun dad component in mealtimes.
My only complaint is that he didn’t include some of my killer recipes including root beer pulled pork and dead-easy blueberry crumble. Here’s hoping the book is a great success and he gives me a call for the 2nd edition. Congratulations Mike.
