Listen to your Kid

Many times, children who cannot articulate their thoughts as well as others feel inferior, and begin to hold themselves back during conversations. This could lead them to feel less confident about themselves, and they may harbor feelings of low self-esteem.

Learn to Listen

As the age-old cliché goes, charity begins at home. Your child’s first tutorials in the school of life begin with you. You must learn to be a listener yourself to be able to impart that skill to your child. Give your child your undivided attention whenever he comes to you to talk. It is very important that you let him open up, as this will give your child an opportunity to start conversations.
