Pregnancy is a time of great stress and major upheavals. In addition to preparing for the baby, your spouse may be shouldering other domestic or professional responsibilities. At a time like this, these are some of the things that she can do to reduce her stress and enjoy this phase of her life better. While all of these ideas are for mom,-to-be, remember that you play a supporting role. It’s up to you to help her find the time to take care of herself and in many cases, make some of the same sacrifices so she’ll know you’re in this together.
