If you haven’t heard of The Dangerous Book for Boys , you have likely been on a long vacation. It’s gotten a lot of press, due mainly I think to it’s provocative title. It’s a nice big book in a dangerous red color and it’s the type of thing guys like to read, often while taking a break in the bathroom. The book is a compendium of random guy subjects like “essential gear,” … [Read more...] about I don’t think it’s very dangerous, but it’s a great title…

We love the Medibottle

December 10, 2007 by GreatDad Leave a Comment

Yet another great invention my kids are now too old to benefit from. This is such a simple idea. The Medibottle is a bottle with a removable syringe. The syringe into the bottom of the bottle and allow you to mix medicine and formula, juice or water. It’s a great way to make sure baby gets the full dose, rather than watching it run down his cheeks and wonder how much to … [Read more...] about We love the Medibottle

Great Dad Talks

Great Dad Talks is a series of conversations with experts on all aspects of the family adventure. With the perspective that “dads don’t always think like moms,” our mission is to support dad voices and our slightly different approaches to parenting. We’ll try to find solutions to every day challenges like getting kids off the couch and making STEM classes available for both boys and girls. But we’ll also tackle bigger issues when they come. The one main theme will be to support dads in the most important role of their lives that of being a great dad.
