Positive Intelligence for Personal Development

Are you angry at yourself, the people around you, or your situation?

Do you spend time regretting many decisions and things in your past?

Do the judging voices in your head constantly tell you that things are messed up even when friends tell you that you’re doing great?

Do you sometimes react in ways that are destructive to your family life or work situation?

Do you believe in your own potential for personal development? Even if your answer is no, this training has been proven to work. I’m so convinced, I’ll give you your money back if you aren’t convinced.*

This solution has worked for thousands of individuals.

You can be more hopeful, feel more connection, be less prone to worry and anger. In this context, “intelligence” is a learned habit of reacting more positively to events.

Boost Your Mental Fitness with an Introductory 6-week (PQ) Program – Guaranteed

  • PQ (your Positive Intelligence Quotient) is the measure of your mental strength. It’s the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.
  • The training, exercises, assessments, and group meeting are a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience,  CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Positive Psychology, and performance science.
  • The good news is that you can boost your PQ significantly with practice.

What people who’ve done the program with me are saying:

“(PQ) vastly improved my clarity and happiness.  It is truly worth the time and money.  I only wish I’d been able to do it earlier in my life.” Rick Matcovich., Sausalito, CA

“The combination of Shirzad’s reassuring voice guiding us and Paul’s expert coaching support has provided me with a foundation that I know will stay with me for many years. Who knew that these straightforward insights and techniques along with a deeply caring coach could make such lifelong changes in how we all face our daily challenges?” Vera F. Charleston, SC

“As someone in her early twenties, I am always looking for ways to set healthy habits for the future. It was amazing to me how small changes throughout my day could help to completely change my outlook and help me grow. I hope to continue this practice for the rest of my life and get all my friends to try it as well!” Hadley Kim, San Francisco, CA

“I’ve been working with Paul as an executive coach and recently completed the Positive Intelligence program. I was skeptical about the program initially, but as the weeks unfolded, I was amazed at how making such small changes can lead to such dramatic results. There’s no question this program is worth the investment I made. Paul is smart, insightful, creative, and an excellent coach. And his levity and sense of humor make him fun to work with.” Richard Weiss., Charlotte, NC

“This course has helped me manage testing anxiety and understand why my mind acts the way it does in stressful situations. It has also helped me be more empathetic to myself, and I would highly encourage teams to take the course. ” Conor H., San Francisco, CA

Positive Intelligence for a positive mindset

Here’s how it works:

After you sign up to join a cohort (or “pod”) of four to five participants, we agree on a time to meet every day either during working hours or in the evening. Before our first meeting, you will watch an intro video and download the application onto iPhone or Android device. We will use app to do daily exercises and watch a one hour video on key principles every week. Weekly group meetings are about 30 minutes long and I lead them to make sure we’re all doing the exercises. Using our own experiences, we discuss the weekly theme and video. We also use this time to answer questions group members have about the program and to help members stay current with assignments. Six of these sessions have specific themes, with one final session as a wrap-up to the program.

I went through the Positive Intelligence program myself and was amazed at the changes I saw after six short weeks. I’ve seen how this program works for fellow coaches, family members, and many coaching clients. I’ve also heard from spouses and partners about how home life changed after participation.

For those interested, I also run a program for mom and dad partners called Parents Aligned. This program uses the same structure with added prompts to develop deeper communication and alignment for moms and dads parenting together.

* Positive Intelligence Money back guarantee:

if you attend all sessions, watch all of the videos, and do all the daily exercises in the app and at the end of hte seven weeks you don’t feel that you’ve fundamentally improved your mental strength and positive mindset, I’ll refund your money.
