As dads become increasingly involved in the day-to-day upbringing of their children a market has been created for male-orientated baby products, particularly diaper bags.
Up until now diaper bags have generally been a frilly, feminine affair, aimed specifically at women. That is beginning to change however, with companies like DadGear offering more masculine options.
It has recently released a new range of products, including a fleece Diaper Vest which is apparently popular with Tom Cruise.
The vest comes with a number of strategically placed pockets that allow the wear to carry all their essential baby gear around, including wipes, diapers and bottles.
It even has a slim-line changing pad hidden in a pocket across the lower back.
DadGear also makes a range of diaper bags in messenger or backpack forms, as do a number of other companies including JJ Cole and Jack Spade.
Most of the bags on the market come in a range of stylish colours and shapes, but also offer practical features such as changing mats and buggy attachments.
Any of these products could make a great Father’s Day gift for the dedicated dad with a sense of style.
