Coping with Stress

Taking care of a baby may cause stress. It’s a big job. It’s normal to
have moments of sadness, fear, frustration or anger.

These feelings can be powerful. When you are angry, you may feel like hitting
someone. You may feel like breaking things or saying hurtful things.

But there are other ways to deal with strong feelings. Here are some tips:
