Your toddler is 83 weeks old. While his vocabulary will steadily increase, he may have some very unique pronounciations for certain words.

Don’t worry about this; it is because infants find some sounds more difficult to articulate than others. His pronunciation will improve as he continues to speak and listen to you speaking.
