Here is a copy of the press release that appears on prweb.com:

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) August 3, 2010 – The Modern Media Man Summit announced Friday, that Paul Banas, founder of GreatDad.com will speak at the first-ever blogging conference for men and dads to be held in Atlanta from Sept. 9-11, 2010. Other speakers will include “The Problem With Women … Is Men,” author Charles J. Orlando, “the father of paid blogging,” Ted Murphy; and “The Attachment Parenting Blog” writer Dave Taylor. Cal Ripken, Jr. will open the event.

Banas will speak on the “10 Immutable Laws of Daddy Media,” including rules on content, branding, and new technologies.

“I’m looking forward to this one-of-a-kind reunion of some of the top minds in the Internet and Dad market,” said Banas. “We are just at the beginning of a cultural shift that will force marketers to recognize dads as a new marketing force that needs to be addressed.”

Kevin Roy, M3’s co-founder said Thursday, “We had always planned for this to be a one-of-a-kind event, but it wasn’t until I actually talked with these amazing speakers and learned how passionate they each are about their topics that I knew the attendees would be in for something special.”

Dave Taylor, the associate conference chairman, and one of the featured keynote speakers said, in going through applications to speak at the conference, he worked to ensure that the conference adds value for all who attend and was excited to add Paul Banas as an M3 speaker.

“We’ve sought to create an event that celebrated the whole man, from a business, personal and community perspective, and am gratified at the outpouring of interest we’ve received. We have a superb lineup of speakers and we are excited to have Paul Banas from GreatDad.com at the M3 Summit.”

Other featured speakers and panelists include Clay Nichols from DadLabs.com, Ron Mattocks, author of SugarMilk, and Jason Avant of Dadcentric.com.

Details about event sponsors, a menu of the speakers/panelists, costs for credentials, and venue information are available at ModernMediaMan.com.
